PARTICIPATION FEES

*If you are registered on-line before this date, then early bird registration fee will be applied.

Participation fees for lecturers, attendants, students, and PhD students include access to scientific sessions, accessories, the conference proceedings, coffee breaks during sessions, welcome party, lunches, and gala dinner. For the accompanying persons, the fees include access to the welcome party, lunches, and the gala dinner. Please note, that the participation fees (considered as support for the conference) are non-refundable.

Please do your on-line registration via the conference website, (even if you have previously emailed billing information), this is especially important for attendance in lunch and gala dinner and additional program.

Pro-forma invoice/receipt will be sent to you according your registered billing address via your on-line registration.

ABSTRACTS

Please prepare the abstracts in both Hungarian and English, World document (.doc or .docx file format), Times New Roman 12 pt. The main text of the abstract should not exceed 250 words. The title should be in bold, followed by the first and last name of the author(s), their workplace and its exact address, and their e-mail address. Please include keywords (maximum 5 words) on a separate line.

POSTER

Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait orientation.

CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS

Authors will have the opportunity to publish the scientific results presented at the conference in a dedicated special issue of the Journal of Environmental Geography after the conference. Please prepare manuscripts in accordance with the authors’ guidelines available on the journal’s website. The deadline for uploading manuscripts is 15th May 2024.
